The initial infrared inspection will give our customers the most accurate details of the actual conditions of their roof & attic. We will provide recommendations as needed .
SCHEDULE PREVENTIVE INSPECTION THREE TIMES A YEAR
Three inspections a year, will provide update & on time information regarding the integrity and condition of the different elements and materials of your roof system. This is a great way to gather enough data that will help you to make an educated decision of how to prevent damages, care and protect the life of your roof. We believe our customers deserve a detailed written roof/attic inspection report as well recommendation as need it.
ROOF ACCESSORIES INSPECTION​
All your roof accessories such as plumbing stack, attics vents, kitchen, dryer & bathroom exhaust are there for a reason. They are key elements for the proper management of humidity and ventilation that makes your home structure to function as designed. We will carefully inspect them and seal them if necessary.
GUTTERS SYSTEM AND ROOF BASIC CLEAN UP​
Clogged gutters avoid the rain water to flow properly, it can lead to the accumulation of organic material in the roof. This could invite bugs, rodents, pets and their waste to your property. Also nest & hives can cause further complications, potentially opening the doors to an infestation. This eventually contributes to the degradation of your roof system. A basic cleaning of the roof & gutters will prevent roof deteriorating and prevent build up of moisture, mold, mildew, algae, moss, or any organic material. A well cared roof can look pleasing to the eyes & might increase your home value if it is the intent to sell it.
MINOR ROOF REPAIRS
1. Seal exposed nails. 2. Seal accessories base. 3. Replacing cracked or missing tiles up to 3 per visit. (Homeowner will provide the tiles)

Emergency tarping services help preserve the structure of your house. Tarping roofs is not a permanent fix but can be used in emergencies to secure parts of the roof before it is safe to repair or replace. It will not stop leaks and is considered a temporary fix until more permanent action is taken. A tarp will be installed as soon the bad weather has cleared, as well the roof of any big trees or debris. Will be charged separately to the insurance.
